机械设备管理作为一项工程具有庞杂性和系统性,因此,在工作开展过程中需要相关人员的紧密配合,发现问题时要做到及时反映,并针对问题提出相关解决措施。对机械设备进行管理就是为了保证机械设备的质量和性能,从而使其在施工中能够完好运转,并且还要提高管理人员的维护意识,最终推动施工建设的顺利开展。本文以建筑工程项目建设机械设备管理工作为探究对象,对建筑施工现场机械设备管理中出现的问题进行了重点分析,最后针对这些问题提出了相关的解决措施。
Mechanical equipment management as a project is complex and systematic, therefore, in the process of work requires the close co-ordination of relevant personnel, to find problems to be timely reflected, and to propose relevant solutions to the problem. The management of machinery and equipment is to ensure the quality and performance of machinery and equipment, so that it can work well in construction, but also to improve management awareness of maintenance, and ultimately promote the smooth construction of construction. In this paper, construction project construction machinery and equipment management as the research object, the construction site mechanical equipment management problems in the key analysis, and finally proposed solutions to these problems.
