农村英语教育的提高有利于当地经济的发展以及城乡一体化进程的加速。所以改善农村英语教育是一项利国利民的大事件,任重而道远。本文就保定市中小学农村英语教育人力资源现状进行深入研究,从教师年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、师生比例、能力水平、教学理念以及对新课改的认识几方面进行深入调查研究,从中找出优势及不足,为提高保定市农村英语基础教育水平,加速城乡一体化进程做出贡献。
The improvement of rural English education is conducive to the development of the local economy and the acceleration of urban-rural integration. Therefore, to improve rural English education is a big event that benefits the country and the people and has a long way to go. This paper conducts an in-depth research on the present situation of rural English education in primary and secondary schools in Baoding, and conducts an in-depth investigation and study from the aspects of the teacher’s age structure, academic structure, professional title structure, teacher-student ratio, ability level, teaching philosophy and new curriculum reform. Find out the advantages and disadvantages, and make contributions to raising the basic education level of rural English in Baoding and accelerating the process of urban-rural integration.
