学校教育是一个整体,各门学科、各个方面是相互联系、相互促进,共同的最终目标是培养德、智、体诸方面都得到发展的社会主义建设人才。学校体育是整个教育的一个组成部分,在整个学校教育过程中,体育和德育、智育诸方面协调配合,才能更好地为培养全面发展的人才服务。因此,体育不仅要育体,而且要育人。体育教师如何教书育人?笔者认为有以下几方面的因素。

The ultimate goal of common development is to cultivate the socialist construction personnel who have developed in all aspects of moral, intellectual and physical means. School physical education is an integral part of the whole education. Throughout the school education, sports and moral education, intellectual education in all aspects of coordination, can we better serve the development of all-round development of personnel. Therefore, not only physical education, but also to educate people. How to teach physical education teachers? I think there are several factors.
