本文论述了发动机台架试验中冷却水温、润滑油温对试验精度所造成的影响和进行控制的必要性。提出对水温、油温自动控制的考虑原则。着重介绍了自动控制中使用的动圈式温度指示调节仪的结构原理、为保证测量精度对调节仪进行校验的方法,通过在CA-l0B型发动机不同负荷测试结果表明调节仪、铂电阻对水温、润滑油温的自动控制、适用于发动机台架试验并能满足试验的要求。
In this paper, the influence of cooling water temperature and lubricating oil temperature on the test precision and the necessity of control in engine bench test are discussed. Put forward the principle of automatic control of water temperature and oil temperature. The structure principle of moving coil temperature indicating regulator which is used in automatic control is introduced emphatically. The method of calibrating the adjusting instrument to ensure the measuring accuracy is introduced. The test results of different load of CA-l0B engine indicate that the regulator and platinum resistance pair Water temperature, lubricating oil temperature automatic control, suitable for engine bench test and can meet the requirements of the test.
