目的 :为海绵窦手术提供解剖学参数。 方法 :在手术显微镜下对 15例成人尸体头部标本进行与海绵窦有关的神经及海绵窦三角的解剖学测量。 结果 :每侧测量了 10个与海绵窦三角和动眼、滑车神经有关的数据 ,发现通过 Hakuba三角和Parkinson三角几乎能暴露海绵窦内所有结构。结论 :熟悉有关颅神经和海绵窦三角的解剖 ,有利于海绵窦病变手术的顺利进行。
Objective: To provide anatomical parameters for cavernous sinus surgery. METHODS: Anatomical measurements of the cavernous sinus-associated triangle of the cavernous sinus in 15 adult cadavers were performed under a surgical microscope. RESULTS: Ten data were collected on each side of the cavernous sinus trigone and oculomotor and trochlear nerves, revealing nearly all structures within the cavernous sinus through the Hakuba Triangle and the Parkinson Triangle. Conclusion: Familiar with the anatomy of cranial nerves and cavernous sinus triangle is conducive to the smooth progress of cavernous sinus lesions.
