开展中医药从业人员的科学素养研究,对于从新的视角探讨中医药的科学性以及人才培养等问题,具有重要的现实意义。本文针对中医药领域科学素养测评研究处于空白的现状,提出了中医药从业者科学素养的五维度模型,并运用Fuzzy方法确定各维度的权重值。在此基础上,设计了反映中医药从业者职业特点的测评方案,对中医药从业者6类人群,以及非中医药从业者对照人群开展了实际测评,并对测评结果进行了分析讨论,得出了相应的结论。
Carrying out scientific literacy studies for practitioners of TCM practitioners is of great practical significance for exploring issues such as the scientific nature of TCM and personnel training from a new perspective. In view of the blank status quo of scientific literacy assessment in the field of Chinese medicine, this paper proposes a five-dimensional model of scientific literacy of TCM practitioners, and uses Fuzzy method to determine the weight value of each dimension. On this basis, we designed a test program that reflects the occupational characteristics of Chinese medicine practitioners, conducted a practical evaluation of 6 types of Chinese medicine practitioners and non-Chinese medicine practitioners, and analyzed and evaluated the results of the evaluation.
