前不久,笔者查阅了某档案馆几个全宗的档案,发现有的文件错别字较多,标点符号使用混乱,行文格式不符合要求,等等,使档案材料的准确性受到影响,给利用者造成不少麻烦。试举几例:其一,有一个文件的标题,本来是《关于恢复郴州市、望城县的通知》,被打印成《关于恢复郴州市望城县的通知》,中间少了一个顿号,意思就大不一样,把与郴州市并列的望城县变成了郴州市属县,郴州市的地位也给改变了。其二,有一个文件中的一段文字应为“……原‘中国共产党郴州地区革命委员会核心小组’印鉴即作废”,“被打印成“……‘原中国共产党郴州地区革命委员会核心小
