目的:探讨知柏地黄丸联合牙周基础治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法:随机选取我院收治的50例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各为25例,对照组采用牙周基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合知柏地黄丸治疗,观察两组效果。结果:两组治疗后牙周各项指标均有明显改善,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知柏地黄丸联合牙周基础治疗慢性牙周炎,可明显改善牙周各项指标,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Zhibai Di Huang Wan combined with periodontal treatment of chronic periodontitis.
