针对阜新市城市居民就业问题,从影响城市居民就业因素出发,通过调查问卷的方式搜集数据,并基于因子分析建立了影响阜新市城市居民就业的logistic分析模型。模型检验结果表明:地区和工作环境对就业选择影响显著;个人特征变量中的学历能力与就业呈正向相关关系;就业渠道对就业也起着重要的推动作用。提出了改善工作环境,增强员工满意度;缩小地区差异化;加强职业技能培训,提高劳动者素质;转变就业观念,引进多种所有制经济;拓宽多种就业渠道,增加就业机会等建议。
Aiming at the employment problems of urban residents in Fuxin City, the paper studied the factors that affect the employment of urban residents, collected the data through questionnaires, and established the logistic analysis model that affected the employment of urban residents in Fuxin City based on factor analysis. The result of model test shows that the regional and working environment have a significant impact on employment choice; the education qualifications in personal characteristic variables have a positive correlation with employment; and employment channels also play an important role in promoting employment. Proposed to improve the working environment, enhance employee satisfaction; reduce regional differences; strengthen vocational skills training, improve the quality of workers; change employment concept, the introduction of a variety of ownership economy; to expand a variety of employment channels, increase employment opportunities and other proposals.
