目的:分析临床护理路径在老年高血压合并心绞痛患者中的临床应用效果.方法:选取于我院接受治疗的28例老年高血压合并心绞痛患者作为本次实验的研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组随机分配14例,分别使用常规护理和临床护理路径干预,对比两组患者护理前后的舒张压、收缩压变化.结果:在护理干预前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压无差异,(P>0.05),护理后,观察组的血压变化情况明显优于对照组,(P<0.05).结论:对患有老年高血压合并心绞痛采用临床护理路径,针对性较高,可以缓解患者的血压情况,降低心绞痛的发作频率.
