目的:探究加强护理质量管理与护理人员法律意识,对减少血透室医疗纠纷的效果。方法:浙江省丽水市中心医院自2014年8月开始在血透室中加强护理质量管理和护理人员法律意识,从实施前后收治的患者中各随机抽取280例患者作为研究对象。比较分析实施前后血透室医疗纠纷发生情况。结果:实施之后血透室医疗纠纷发生率明显低于实施之前(P<0.05)。结论:加强护理质量管理与法律意识,可以有效减少血透室医疗纠纷的发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of strengthening the legal awareness of nursing quality management and nurses on the reduction of hemodialysis medical disputes. Methods: Since August 2014, Lishui Central Hospital in Zhejiang Province has strengthened the awareness of nursing quality management and nursing staff in the hemodialysis room. A total of 280 patients were randomly selected from the patients treated before and after implementation. Comparative analysis of the implementation of hemodialysis medical disputes occurred. Results: The incidence of hemodialysis medical disputes was significantly lower than before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen nursing quality management and legal awareness can effectively reduce the incidence of hemodialysis medical disputes and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
