大学英语教学中,教学内容应该教什么?侧重点在什么地方?是带有根本性的问题。如果不厘清思路,解答清楚,将使教学陷入无的放矢,费时耗力之境地。而现实中,尽管有2007年版的《大学英语课程教学要求》,以及即将颁布发行的《大学英语教学指南》,但这些导则性文件,更多的是原则上的指导意见,具体教学操作过程中,仍需要进一步细化和明确,使其更具有可操作性,以避免教学缺乏连贯性和效率。基于笔者过去的教学实践,本文以《新视野大学英语大学》第三册第五单元具体内容为例,来说明大学英语教学内容大致分以下两个维度,效果比较理想,即:语言技能训练维度,人文素质培养维度。
In college English teaching, what should be taught? What is the focus? There is a fundamental problem. If you do not clarify the ideas, the answer is clear, it will make teaching into a void, time-consuming and laborious situation. In reality, despite the 2007 edition of the “College English Curriculum Requirements” and the forthcoming publication of the “Guide to College English Teaching”, these guidance documents are more principled guidance, specific teaching and learning process , It still needs to be further elaborated and made clear so as to make it more operable so as to avoid the lack of coherence and efficiency in teaching. Based on the author’s past teaching practice, this article takes the fifth unit of the third volume of New Horizons University English University as an example to illustrate the content of college English teaching generally divided into the following two dimensions, the effect is ideal, namely: language skills training dimension Humanistic quality training dimension.
