自1998年我行开展代理“罚缴分离”、“票款分离”收费业务以来。我们充分发挥建行整体优势,以严格的管理和优质的文明服务,赢得了客户的信任,代收工作快速发展,效果显著。2001年代理行政事业性收费23092笔、金额16958万元,代收费金额列工、农、中、建四行之首,市场占比40%,代收金额是2000年的2.4倍;代理行政机关罚缴4837笔、1629万元,代收金额是2000年的3.2倍;目前我行已与11家中央级、省级执罚单位签订了委托代理协方。截止2001年底,代收代缴沉淀资金余额5325万元。近几年我们抓了以下几方面的工作:
