针对现有叠合板,研发出一种新型带肋预应力混凝土叠合板,提出该叠合板的构造。通过两个试件的试验,研究了施工阶段受荷下该新型叠合板的受力特征、裂缝开展规律及其变形形态。结果表明:此种新型结构具有良好的抗裂性、刚度和承载力,施工阶段挠度能够满足GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》要求,钢筋最大应力值也小于设计强度值。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对试验进行模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,可利用有限元数值模拟进行深入研究。
Aiming at the existing composite board, a new type of ribbed prestressed concrete composite board is developed, and the structure of the composite board is proposed. Through the test of two specimens, the stress characteristics, the law of crack initiation and deformation of the new type of plywood under construction are studied. The results show that the new structure has good crack resistance, stiffness and bearing capacity. The deflection of construction phase can meet the requirements of “Design Code for Concrete Structure” of GB 50010-2010, and the maximum stress value of steel bar is less than the design strength value. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the experiment. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the finite element numerical simulation can be used for further study.
