针对高效利用清洁能源太阳能的要求,设计了一种高效能逐日光伏电池板控制器,系统由时钟模块、步进电机驱动电路、太阳能电池板、六轴角度传感器四部分组成。时钟模块为STM32自有RTC实时时钟,电机驱动电路为SH-20403数字步进电机驱动,太阳能电池板为转换率18%以上的单晶100W太阳能板,六轴角度传感器为高精度陀螺加速度计MPU6050。硬件测试表明:整个系统较传统固定式太阳能电池板至少提高30%采光效率。 For the efficient use of clean energy solar energy requirements, the design of a high-performance day-to-day photovoltaic panel controller, the system consists of a clock module, stepper motor drive circuit, solar panels, six-axis angle sensor composed of four parts. The clock module is the STM32 own RTC real-time clock, the motor drive circuit is driven by the SH-20403 digital stepper motor, the solar panel is a single crystal 100W solar panel with a conversion rate of over 18%, and the six-axis angle sensor is a high-precision gyro accelerometer MPU6050 . The hardware test shows that the whole system improves the lighting efficiency by at least 30% compared with the traditional stationary solar panels.
