德国宝峨BG22型旋挖钻机用于成彭(成都-彭州)高速公路清白江大桥钻孔桩施工(孔径1 300mm,桩孔深度18-27 m)。该工程的地质特点是地表面12 m以内全为河卵石。用普通冲击钻机施工成孔时间长(22 m深的桩孔约需400-500 h),且易塌孔,成孔率极低,特别是在沉积砂岩层施工冲击进尺速度极慢,不能满足施工工期的要求。若使用全护筒钻机施工,对于河卵石层施工较为理想,但遇到稍大的漂石及沉积砂岩时进尺速度过低,难以施工。而旋挖钻机以其成孔速度快,对各种岩层适应性强而成为该工程的首选设备,但如何控制塌孔,提高作业效率成为旋挖钻机在该项工程施工的一个重要课题。
