目的:建立绞股蓝黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱。方法:反向高效液相色谱法,采用ZORBAX S_B-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长360 nm,流速1.0 m L·min~(-1),进样量10μL。结果:建立了绞股蓝黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱,标定了11个共有指纹特征峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,精密度高,重复性好,可为绞股蓝药材的质量控制提供依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprinting of gynostemma flavonoids. METHODS: Reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was performed on a ZORBAX S_B-C 18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-A0.2% phosphoric acid in water 30 ℃, detection wavelength 360 nm, flow rate 1.0 m L · min -1, injection volume 10μL. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of flavonoids in Gynostemma pentaphyllum was established and 11 common fingerprint peaks were calibrated. The methodological study accorded with the technical requirements of fingerprinting. Conclusion: The method is stable, reliable, high precision and good repeatability, which can provide the basis for the quality control of Gynostemma.
