随着老年肿瘤患者日益增多,肿瘤成为老年人群的主要死亡原因。目前,美国国立综合癌症网络(NCCN)老年肿瘤指南中指出,老年肿瘤综合评估(CGA)是评估老年肿瘤患者的核心。针对老年肿瘤的临床特点,综合评估化疗是否耐受,从而防治化疗的不良反应具有重要意义。本文对老年肿瘤综合评估在防治化疗不良反应中的相关研究进行综述,旨在对老年肿瘤患者制定化疗策略和方案提供帮助。
With the increasing number of elderly patients with cancer, the tumor becomes the main cause of death in the elderly population. At present, the National Cancer Institute for the Elderly (NCCN) Guideline for Older Cancer states that the CGA is the core of evaluating elderly patients with cancer. For the clinical characteristics of elderly cancers, it is of great significance to comprehensively evaluate whether chemotherapy is tolerated and thus to prevent and treat adverse reactions to chemotherapy. This article reviews the relevant studies on the comprehensive evaluation of elderly cancers in the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions to chemotherapy, and aims to provide assistance for the development of chemotherapy strategies and protocols for elderly patients with cancer.
