利用正交实验对直接氧化法制备Al2O3/Al复合材料的氧化增重进行研究 ,实验分析了烧结温度、时间、Mg含量和Si含量4个因素对合金的氧化反应增重的影响 .使用光镜对烧结的陶瓷材料的微观组织进行观测 .通过实验得到了反应增重效率高而且微观组织好的烧结工艺 .
The effects of sintering temperature, time, Mg content and Si content on the oxidation reaction weight gain of the alloy were investigated by using orthogonal experiments.The oxidation weight gain of Al2O3 / Al composites prepared by direct oxidation was studied by means of light microscope The microstructure of the sintered ceramic material was observed.The sintering process with high efficiency and good microstructure was obtained through experiments.
