对金属载体材料和结构以及金属载体催化剂的制造工艺进行了研究;同时设计制造了492Q汽油机用金属载体催化然声器,并进行了台架性能试验。试验结果表明,金属载体催化消声器对汽油机怠速排放具有较好的净化效果。
Metal carrier materials and structures as well as the metal carrier catalyst manufacturing process were studied; at the same time design and manufacture of 492Q gasoline engine metal carrier catalytic sounder, and the bench performance test. The test results show that the metal carrier catalytic muffler has better purifying effect on the idle discharge of gasoline engine.
