随着消费形态日趋个性化和多样化,经济演进的过程已从过去农业经济、工业经济和服务经济发展至“体验式经济”。体验式经济将经济价值的演进区分为货物、商品、服务和体验四个阶段,所谓体验经济,是指企业以服务为重心,以商品为素材,为消费者创造出值得回忆的感受。与传统经济主要注重产品功能强大、外型美观和价格优势相比,体验经济以提升服务为首,追求感性与情境的诉求,创造值得消费者回忆的活动,并注重与消费者的互动。
With the increasing individualization and diversification of consumption patterns, the process of economic evolution has evolved from the past agricultural economy, industrial economy and service economy to “experiential economy.” The experiential economy divides the evolution of economic value into four stages of goods, goods, services and experiences. The so-called experiential economy refers to the enterprise’s service-centered and commodity-based materials that create memorable memories for consumers. Compared with the traditional economy, which mainly focuses on the product’s powerful functions, beautiful appearance and price advantage, it expects to experience the economy in order to promote service, pursuit of sensibility and situation, create activities worth remembering by consumers, and pay attention to the interaction with consumers.
