目的将带有彩色色标的条形码标签应用于实验室信息系统,以提高实验室的自动化程度、工作效率和管理水平,减少差错并方便临床及病人获取相关信息。方法依据检验过程中所涉及的检验标本种类以及专业分工,将条形码标签分为17种,涵盖所有的检验项目,每种标签具有一种颜色色标和一个固定2位数前缀及8位数流水号。工作人员通过颜色即可快速、准确地选择样本容器;仪器通过条形码即可准确无误地进行检测。结果条形码作为样本的唯一标识,应用于样本的整个分析过程,极大地提高了工作效率,规范了工作流程,减少了工作差错,极大地方便了医生和病人。结论大力推广条形码技术是实验室自动化、信息化的重要途径之一。
Objective To apply bar code labels with color patches to laboratory information systems to improve laboratory automation, work efficiency and management, reduce errors and facilitate clinical and patient access to relevant information. Methods According to the types of inspection specimens involved in the inspection process and the professional division of labor, the bar code labels were divided into 17 categories, covering all inspection items. Conclusion The promotion of bar code technology is one of the important approaches for laboratory automation and informationization.
