万平国 中网公司董事长兼总裁,我国最早的商业ISP先驱之一。 1995年创立中网公司,并率先推行300元包月制度。其后,发起成立企业联盟及中国ISP服务分会,大力呼吁改善互联网产业环境,促进国家互联网资费结构大调整,改善了ISP和ICP的发展环境。万平国还积极参与支持国家网络安全事业。1999年,中网推行免费电脑,在业界引起强烈反响。
