目的探讨上消化道出血的临床护理方法。方法选择本院2015年3月至2016年3月收治的40例上消化道出血患者,总结对其在临床护理等方面的护理体会。结果治愈出院39例,死亡1例。住院时间3~22d,平均住院时间为(9.87±6.9)天。结论护理人员应针对上消化道出血的特点,及时发现早期症状,做出相应判断,并给予有针对性的护理干预,以提高治疗效果,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Forty patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and their nursing experiences in clinical nursing were summarized. Results cured 39 patients were discharged, 1 died. The hospitalization time was 3-22 days, and the average length of hospital stay was (9.87 ± 6.9) days. Conclusion Nurses should be based on the characteristics of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, timely detection of early symptoms, make the appropriate judgments, and give targeted nursing interventions to improve the treatment effect and promote patient rehabilitation.
