本文依据渭河流域实测水文资料，统计分析了该流域河川径流的时空分布特性及影响产流的主要因子，从而建立了流域产流模型，并用之计算了１９７０～１９８９年由于水资源的利用对径流影响减少量；采用“成因分析法”分析了流域内水资源利用现状及近期（２０００年）河川径流的变化趋势，取得了比较可靠的初步结果，为流域水利工程规划及合理开发利用水资源提供了依据．
