引 言 随着化学工业的发展,防腐问题已摆到较重要的地位。以前有些厂矿,由于不重视防腐,给国家造成了很大的经济损失。因此,搞好防腐问题是工业生产中的一个重要环节。 我厂从七九年开始试制在水泥地坪上衬贴玻璃钢。从几家工厂实际使用情况看,地坪表面情况尚好,基本没有严重腐蚀,至今,仍在继续使用中。从实际情况可见,水泥衬贴玻璃钢地坪是防腐地坪的一种可行而又简便的方法。现将水泥衬贴玻璃钢地坪工艺介绍如下。
Introduction With the development of the chemical industry, anti-corrosion issues have become more important. In the past, some factories and mines caused great economic losses to the country because they did not attach importance to preservation. Therefore, doing a good job of anti-corrosion is an important part of industrial production. Our factory began trial production of fiberglass lining on concrete floor from 1979. From the actual use of several factories, the floor surface conditions are still good, there is no serious corrosion, and so far it is still in use. From the actual situation, cement-lined glass fiber reinforced plastic floor is a feasible and simple method of anti-corrosion floor. The cement lining of glass fiber reinforced plastic flooring is introduced as follows.
