大学生正是职业世界探索的关键时期,因此,有必要引导学生去探索职业世界,形成职业目标,做好职业决策。笔者分析了职业世界探索的重要性和职业世界探索的主要内容,并提出了职业世界探索的方法,即利用网络收集相关职业信息,利用生涯人物访谈,了解职业世界,利用实习实践机会,切身感受职业世界,最终形成对职业的初步认知,为就业奠定坚实的基础。
