随着世界经济全球化、一体化的发展,英语作为一门国际化的语言,在现代人的日常生活中处于举足轻重的地位。随着素质教育的不断推进,英语教学也从读写教学为重点转为听说读写全面发展了。但是因为评分机制所占比重不大、日常训练缺乏、学生对听力学习重视程度不足等原因,考试中听力成绩没有明显的提高。久而久之,学生对于听力产生了惧怕心理,甚至有的学生直接放弃了有关听力的训练。如何应对当下听力教学中普遍存在的问题,提升教学质量和水平,是初中英语教师需要研究的问题之一。

With the continuous promotion of quality education, English teaching has also changed from reading and writing teaching to listening, speaking, reading and writing.
