目的:优选慈航丹方药用半仿生提取工艺条件。方法:将方中含挥发性成分中药经SFE-CO2萃取后的药渣与益母草混合,用均匀设计U9(91×33)表安排试验,在中药规格、煎提温度、煎提溶剂用量、滤过、浓缩等条件相同的情况下,以盐酸水苏碱、盐酸川芎嗪、阿魏酸、总糖及≤1 000 Da干浸膏为指标进行综合评判,优选慈航丹方药提取工艺条件。结果:优选的3煎用水pH依次为A=5.970 7,B=7.457 0,C=8.800 8;提取总时间D=4.988 3 h。结论:结合生产实际,确定3煎用水的pH依次为6.0,7.5,8.8;提取时间依次为2.0,1.5,1.5 h。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize semi-bionic extraction conditions of Cihang Dan recipe. Methods: The medicinal herbs containing volatile components extracted by SFE-CO2 were mixed with Motherwort. The samples were uniformly arranged on a U9 (91 × 33) table. The results were as follows: the specifications of TCM, the temperature of frying, the amount of frying solvent, Under the same conditions of overconcentration, enrichment, stachydrine hydrochloride, ligustrazine hydrochloride, ferulic acid, total sugar and ≤1,000 Da dry extract, the comprehensive evaluation was made. Results: The optimum pH of the three fried water was A = 5.970 7, B = 7.457 0, C = 8.800 8, and the total extraction time was 4.988 3 h. Conclusion: According to the actual production, the pH value of 3 fried water is 6.0, 7.5 and 8.8, and the extraction time is 2.0, 1.5 and 1.5 h respectively.
