In the course of long historical development, the Hani people, like other ethnic groups, experienced the transition period from matriarchal clan society to patriarchal clan society. With the beginning of this transition, a series of major changes such as family lineage, inheritance of property, marital status, family structure, parent status and kinship have taken place. In the meantime, they are full of complicated subtle twists and turns that extend the matrilineal system and establish the patriarchal system The fierce fight. The reason why this struggle failed to cause too much violence was mainly the result of the reconciliation of the “no-husband’s” marriage practices that emerged after the dual marriage system. With the continuous development of history, marriage customs of “not falling husband and family” and high-priced sales and interweaving are intertwined and become rampant. The author after many field surveys, the Hani people now still retain the Yezhe people do not fall husband married custom and its high price sale of marriage trial superficial analysis, with a view to initiate and seek advice.
