一、领导理论研究现状及困境(一)特质型领导理论此理论早期的研究者认为,领导的特质(trait)是天生的,没有这种特质的人不可能成为领导者;后续的研究者则将之更正为,领导者的特质可以在个体所具有的先天品质的基础上通过训练和培训加以塑造,从而否定了早期“天赋伟人说”的观点。在此假设之下,研究者把领导者个人品质特征作为领导有效性的预测变量,力图找出和确定具有什么样的个人特征的人才
