采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法对安徽省高校高水平运动队管理现状进行调查分析,以期对高校高水平运动队的运行机制提供理论指导。研究发现:安徽省高水平运动队运动员招生选材来源比较单一,且水平不高;在具体的管理过程中,运动员的招生、学籍管理、学习与训练分属于招办、教务处、体育部3个系统,不能很好的联系在一起,责权不明;安徽省高校高水平运动队训练水平不高,竞赛机制有待健全。
By means of literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, this paper conducts a survey and analysis of the status quo of the management of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Anhui Province, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the operation mechanism of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities. The study found that: Anhui Province high-level athletes enrollment source selection is relatively simple, and the level is not high; in the specific management process, athletes enrollment, student status management, learning and training belong to the Admissions Office, Office of Academic Affairs, Department of Sports 3 System, can not be well linked together with unclear rights and responsibilities; the training level of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Anhui Province is not high and the competition mechanism needs to be improved.
