法律文书是一门实践性很强的课程。我国传统的以教师讲授为主的教学模式存在重理论轻实践以及教学方法单一的弊端,无法与法律文书课程的特点相适应。在今后的法律文书教学中,应大量应用案例教学法,并应尽量采用仅提供原始资料的案例。另外,病文诊断法有助于学生发现问题,认识错误,并在以后的写作中避免同类错误的出现。为了提高学生的实战能力,教师还应尽量增加该课程的实践环节。
Legal instruments are a very practical course. The traditional teaching mode based on teachers’ teaching in our country is characterized by a light weight of practice and a single teaching method, which can not be adapted to the characteristics of the legal instrument course. In the teaching of legal documents in the future, case teaching method should be extensively applied, and the case of providing only original data should be used as much as possible. In addition, the diagnosis of illness can help students find problems, recognize mistakes and avoid similar mistakes in later writing. In order to improve students’ actual combat ability, teachers should also try to increase the practical aspects of the course.
