气体钻井技术在应用中对出井气体普遍采用的是直接排放的方法,这部分气体一直没有被利用起来,理论上经过研究认为这部分气体是可以循环利用的,这样对于降低生产成本、降低能耗都是具有积极意义的。此外,在钻井中地层的出气量也可以加入到这项气体的分类应用中,这对提高采气量,增强气体钻井的效益也具有积极的作用。笔者在本文中主要对钻井中气体不能循环利用的问题提出了循环钻井工艺系统的观点,简单介绍了气体循环钻井的技术方案和流程,旨在通过本文的分析介绍,促进更多的气田和研究单位加快气体循环钻井工艺系统的研究,促进该项技术的进步。
