目的分析在良性卵巢囊肿的治疗中应用腹腔镜手术的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年7月我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的良性卵巢囊肿患者40例作为研究组,选取同期同条件行开腹手术的患者40例作为对照组,对两组患者的治疗方法、疗效进行对比研究。结果在手术时间、术中出血量、导尿管置管时间、术后自如活动时间等指标上,研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在良性卵巢囊肿的治疗中,应用腹腔镜手术这种术式,给患者造成的创伤小,术中出血量少,并发症少,利于加快患者术后恢复速度,具有临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts. Methods Forty patients with benign ovarian cysts undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the study group. 40 patients undergoing concurrent laparotomy under the same conditions were selected as the control group, Treatment, efficacy comparison study. Results The study group was better than the control group on the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, catheterization time, postoperative free movement time and other indicators, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of benign ovarian cysts, laparoscopic operation of this procedure, the trauma caused to the patient, less blood loss, fewer complications, which will help speed up the recovery rate of patients with clinical application and promotion of value.
