用四种掺杂剂,I_2、Br_2、BF_3·乙醚和发烟H_2SO_4,作了聚苯乙炔(PPA)的掺杂。对掺杂及未掺杂的PPA做了电导率测定。实验表明,发烟H_2SO_4掺杂效果较好(电导率提高10~7倍),I_2较差。对不同分子量和不同密度的PPA的电导率测定表明;PPA分子量越高,电导率越高;PPA密度越大,电导率越高,并且PPA分子量越大,掺杂后电导率提高的幅度也越大。本文还讨论了掺杂机理和无水AlCl_3在苯乙炔聚合过程中的同步掺杂作用。
Four kinds of dopants, I_2, Br_2, BF_3 · ether and flue gas H_2SO_4 were used for doping polyacetylene (PPA). Conductivity measurements were made on doped and undoped PPA. Experiments show that flue gas H_2SO_4 doping effect is better (conductivity increased 10 to 7 times), I_2 is poor. The conductivity of PPA with different molecular weights and different densities showed that the higher the molecular weight of PPA, the higher the conductivity; the higher the PPA density, the higher the conductivity, and the larger the molecular weight of PPA, the more the conductivity increased after doping Big. In addition, the mechanism of doping and the simultaneous doping of AlCl 3 in the polymerization of phenylacetylene are also discussed.
