我协会于八三年四月一日成立,五月一日正式对外开展咨询服务工作,至去年底,帮助培训白蚁防治专业人员51人,接待并处理了来信来访45人次,完成了26个单位计房屋 41781平方米的防治白蚁承包合同.经防治后节约了维修费四百余万元,延长了房屋的使用年限,保护了人民生命财产的安全,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,受到有关单位和群众的好评.我们开展咨询服务的主要做法和体会是:
