目的了解不同学习阶段学生行为问题特点及其影响因素,为学校卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法,抽取贵阳市城区8所小学校和初中学校的学生3 016名为调查对象,用“Achenbach家长用儿童行为量表(CBCL)”和自制的有关影响因素调查表对中小学生行为问题进行调查。结果贵阳市中小学生行为问题的检出率为14.95%,其中小学生为13.27%,初中生为16.83%。孕产期母亲情绪低落、父母关系不融洽可能是中小学生行为问题的危险因素,父母理解子女、子女有困难告诉父母等可能是中小学生行为问题的保护因素。小学阶段同学关系差的小学生行为问题发生率是同学关系好学生的2.503倍(1.561~4.037)。结论贵阳市城区初中学生较小学生行为问题严重。应有针对性开展学校卫生保健工作。
Objective To understand the characteristics and influencing factors of students’ behavioral problems in different stages of learning, and to provide a scientific basis for the school health care. Methods Using stratified random sampling method, 3 016 students from 8 primary schools and junior high schools in Guiyang city were selected as the survey subjects. The “Achenbach Parental Child Behavior Scale (CBCL)” and self-made questionnaire about influential factors Conduct a survey of primary and secondary school students’ behavior problems. Results The detection rate of primary and secondary school students in Guiyang was 14.95%, of which 13.27% were primary students and 16.83% junior high students. Maternal mothers with depressed mood and poor parental relationship may be risk factors for primary and secondary school students’ behavior problems. Parents’ understanding of children and their children’s difficulties in telling their parents and so on may be protective factors for primary and secondary school students’ behavior problems. The prevalence of primary school students’ behavioral problems in the primary school is about 2.503 times (1.561 ~ 4.037) higher than that of students with good grades. Conclusion Guiyang City junior high school students behavior problem is serious. Should be targeted to carry out school health care.
