目的 探讨颅骨缺损修补术时机的选择对患者神经功能康复的影响.方法 选择2009年3月至2011年1月在我院接受颅骨修补术的120例患者临床资料,按颅骨缺损修补时间分为早、中和晚期修补组,每组40例,比较3组患者颅骨修补手术前后神经功能的恢复及生活质量改善情况.结果 ①早、中、晚期颅骨修补组患者术后生活质量呈下降趋势,早期与中期组患者Barthel指数评分显著高于晚期组,早期组患者Barthel指数评分显著高于中期组,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.②早期与中期组患者美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表》（N
