听障儿童听觉康复是训练学会说话的前提基础,而听觉康复的培建,关键在于良好的聆听习惯的培养。对配戴助听器和人工耳蜗术后康复的听障儿童进行训练,需先从声音的察觉、聆听入手。在生活中察觉、聆听自然环境的各种声音;在训练教师、家长、听障儿童共同参与的与环境互动的情境中,建立对听觉游戏的反应和自发性机警反应,养成聆听的习惯;配合听力检测,调试助听设备至最佳补偿效果,使听障儿童听清楚、听明白,促进其听觉能力获得有效康复,从而学会说话。
