《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》的修改对检察机关的业务工作提出了更多的挑战,为做好与修改后的刑事诉讼法的对接工作,需要解决和完善相关问题。全面派员出庭简易程序审理和证人及侦查人员出庭问题是对公诉工作面临的挑战。
The revision of the “Criminal Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China” poses more challenges to the prosecutor’s work. To do a good job of docking with the amended Criminal Procedure Law, relevant problems need to be solved and perfected. Full dispatching of personnel to attend summary proceedings and the attendance of witnesses and investigators are challenges to prosecutors.
