AWG6323, AWU6601 power amplifier (PA) wave that ANADIGICS Company researches and develops is applied to Samsung’s new product GALAXY Tab. The AWC6323 is a 3 × 5 × 1 mm dual-band CDMA power amplifier from ANADIGICS that uses InGaP HBT MMIC technology and the AWU6601 integrates a “cascadable” design
