1957年l至4月,我在越南教胡志明主席打太极拳。这次越南之行的起因是,1956年10月周恩来总理、贺龙副总理访问越南时,贺副总理向胡志明主席介绍中国太极拳在医疗、保健方面的价值对老年人来说更为适宜。胡主席听了颇感兴趣,表示要锻炼,希望能派教员去教。这个事情经国家体委研究就落实到我的身上。1957年1月初,我到了北京,当天便去国家体委,在武术科见了毛伯浩、张云骥二位正、副科长,毛伯浩很高兴地说:建
