报道Inoue单囊和聚乙烯同轴双囊法经皮穿刺二尖瓣球囊成形术治疗11例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄的临床疗效。10例手术成功的病人术后左心房平均压和二尖瓣压差明显下降。术后三日Dopplef超声检查左心房和右心室内径明显缩小,二尖瓣口面积平均增加81%,术后运动耐量基本接近正常。作者结合二种技术出现的特殊并发症对其技术的优缺点进行了讨论。
Reported Inoue single capsule and polyethylene coaxial double balloon percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty for the treatment of rheumatic mitral stenosis in 11 cases of clinical efficacy. Ten patients with successful surgery, left atrial average pressure and mitral pressure decreased significantly. Three days after Dopplef ultrasound left atrium and right ventricular diameter was significantly reduced, mitral orifice area increased by an average of 81%, postoperative exercise tolerance was almost normal. The authors discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the technology in combination with the specific complications that arise from the two techniques.
