所谓出版,是对作品进行编辑加工,然后经过复制向公众传播发行的过程,复制和传播是构成出版行为的两个基本要素。多年来,出版技术的发展主要体现在复制要素上,从最早的通过手工抄写来完成复制,到目前正在广泛使用的电子照排技术.人类一次次地技术革新,使高质量、高速度的大批量复制成为现实。现在,出版的另一要素——传播要素发生了巨大的变革,这是因为我们身边的国际互联网,网络出版应运而生。
