介绍了无轨胶轮车液力机械传动系统动力匹配方法,编制程序对改进后WC5E液力机械传动系统进行匹配计算,并与井下工业性试验数据对比分析。结果表明改进后的WC5E动力性、燃油经济性指标均得到明显的改善,优于国内其他同类产品。
The dynamic matching method of hydraulic mechanical transmission system of trolley rubber tire was introduced. The matching procedure of the improved WC5E hydraulic mechanical transmission system was compiled and compared with the industrial test data. The results show that the improved WC5E dynamic and fuel economy indicators have been significantly improved, better than other domestic similar products.
