2017年,整治“开墙打洞”活动在全国如火如荼地推广起来,以北京上海为代表,从一线城市到二线城市及以下,都已推进过半。与此同时,也引发了热烈的讨论。文章对沿街店铺的历史由来与存在合理性、必要性进行了阐述,提出整治不应操之过急,而是分情况对待。希望能为当下建设的参与者、执行者提供一点参考。
In 2017, the remediation campaign of “Opening a Hole in a Wall” was promoted in full swing throughout the country, represented by Beijing and Shanghai, and more than half have been promoted from first-tier cities to second-tier cities and below. At the same time, it also triggered a lively discussion. The article elaborates on the historical origin and existence of the shops along the street, and proposes that remediation should not be too hasty, but should be handled in different circumstances.
