采用微波烧结工艺制备LaNbO4/MoSi2复合材料,运用排水法、XRD、SEM和力学性能测试等手段,分析了升温工艺、烧结温度和保温时间以及LaNbO4含量对微波烧结样品密度、显微硬度、断裂韧性、微观组织以及微波烧结行为的影响,并研究了导致烧结制品缺陷的基本因素。结果表明:LaNbO4/MoSi2复合陶瓷材料通过微波功率1000 W升温至1000℃并保温5 min,再以1800 W功率升温至1400℃,并保温5 min,然后升温至烧结温度1540℃并保温30 min,可获得性能较佳的烧结制品。
LaNbO4 / MoSi2 composites were prepared by microwave sintering process. The effects of heating temperature, sintering temperature, holding time and LaNbO4 content on the density, microhardness and fracture toughness of sintered samples were analyzed by means of drainage, XRD, SEM and mechanical properties testing. , Microstructure and microwave sintering behavior, and studied the basic factors leading to defects in sintered products.
