抗日战争时期,北安人民不怕流血牺牲,积极参加抗战,为抗战胜利做出了巨大的贡献。解放战争时期,北安曾作为中共黑龙江省委、省政府所在地,通过开展土改运动,在建立巩固的后方基地,支援解放战争等方面发挥了重要作用。
During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, the people of Bei’an were not afraid of bloodshed and sacrifice, actively participated in the war of resistance, and made tremendous contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. During the War of Liberation, Bei’an, once the seat of CPC’s Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, played an important role in establishing a consolidated rear base and supporting the Liberation War by carrying out land reform campaigns.
