目的:观察医院口腔科复用医疗器械清洗质量的持续改进效果。方法:将我院口腔科所有复用医疗器械列入本次研究,2014年7月至2014年12月作持续清洗质量改进。改进环节主要包含清洗人员培训、规范清洗操作和加强质量控制三方面,实行每日检查和不定期抽查器械清洁状况,并与2014年1月至6月抽查结果对比,以目测和带光源放大镜法评估各时间段内复用器械清洗效果。结果:抽查结果显示2014下半年污渍、水垢和锈斑发生率分别为3.09%、1.06%、1.70%,显著低于上半年4.88%、2.28%、4.01%(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔科复用医疗器械操作人员、过程和质量监管的持续改进,可有效提升清洗质量,对医源性感染的控制有重要意义。
Objective: To observe the continuous improvement of the cleaning quality of the reused medical devices in the hospital. Methods: All of our hospital stomatology re-use medical devices included in this study, from July 2014 to December 2014 for continuous cleaning quality improvement. Improvements include cleansing staff training, standardize cleaning operations and enhance quality control in three aspects, the implementation of daily inspections and occasional spot checks of equipment cleaning status, and with January 2014 to June spot checks compared to visual and with light loupe Assess the effectiveness of multiple device cleaning over time. Results: The spot checks showed that the incidence of stains, scale and rust in the second half of 2014 were 3.09%, 1.06% and 1.70% respectively, significantly lower than 4.88%, 2.28% and 4.01% in the first half of the year (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Continued improvement of procedure, quality control and supervision over the re-use of medical staff in dentistry can effectively improve the cleaning quality and is of great significance to the control of iatrogenic infection.
